VW Golf GTi MK4 (colour coding)

Here is the Golf 4 GTi of Psyfire. He brought it to me for some custom spraywork...

The front and rear bumpers both have black plastic valences at the bottom.

The valences on Psy's car had some stonechips on them, and needed a real good sanding down. The rear bumper also had a nasty ding in it, which i had to fix

After applying a coat of polypropylene (plastic) primer, the front one looked like this.

Here is the front lip coated with VW Pearl White (2K)

Time for the rear valence: (Plastic primed)

ll shiny with the fresh coat of paint.

Here are the colourcoded bits fitted to Psy's Golf 4 GTi. It makes the car look so much lower than before! The rear bumper is also fixed, and sprayed! Tip top shape

VW CitiGolf

Recently I bought myself a compressor and some spraypainting equipment to get her to look neat again. The bumpers had scratches on it, and the paint was faded.

Removed the front and rear bumpers and sanded them down to remove the scratches. Then I coated them with polypropylene (plastic) primer, in order for the paint to bond firmly with the bumpers. When this was done, I coated it with the factory 2K paint, VW Pearl White...

I also gave the two side mirrors a fresh new coat of paint as well

The end result is much better...
